Days 3 & 4: Kilembe Base Entry — Ascent Tracking Through Sine Hut (2,580m) to Mutinda Camp (3,680m)
Register at the Kilembe ranger base and strike out past the formal park limits. Day 3 forces a steep push up across deep montane forest valleys to Sine Hut. On Day 4, break cleanly past the high bamboo line to navigate rugged wooden walkways, granite monoliths, and vertical mud gaps, entering the giant heather zones to settle at the high rock shelter of Mutinda Camp.

Don crampons, harnesses, and ropes to navigate the massive Elena and Stanley glaciers. Days 9 & 10: High-Altitude Downward Descent Loop via Bugata Camp back to Trekkers Hostel Base

Day 11: Outbound Ground Sector Transfer to Entebbe Airport & Final Flight Departure
