01. Booking & Payments
1.1 Booking & Confirmation Blueprint
A safari booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit payment. The remaining balance must be paid before the safari start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.2 Payment Pipeline Channels
Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or other approved methods provided by Africa Scenery Discovery. Any bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
02. Mission Abort Policy
2.1 Cancellation Protocol
In the event that operational parameters require deployment cancellation, the following terms dictate asset return options:
- Cancellations made 30 days before arrival may receive a partial refund.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival may be subject to cancellation fees.
- Some lodges, camps, and flights may have separate non-refundable policies.
03. Route & Logistics Adjustments
3.1 Itinerary Modifications
Africa Scenery Discovery reserves the right to adjust itineraries, accommodations, or routes due to weather conditions, park regulations, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances while maintaining the quality of the safari experience.
3.2 Accommodation & Meals
Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking. Similar-standard alternatives may be provided if necessary.
04. Clearances & Health Safety
4.1 Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and travel insurance before arrival.
4.2 Health & Safety
Clients participate in safari activities at their own risk. Guests are expected to follow the instructions of guides and lodge staff at all times for safety purposes.
4.3 Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, personal belongings, and evacuation is strongly recommended.
05. Liability Framework
5.1 Agency Liability Limitations
Africa Scenery Discovery acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other service suppliers. We are not liable for delays, injuries, losses, accidents, natural disasters, political events, or circumstances beyond our control.
06. Field Conduct & Wildlife
6.1 Wildlife Viewing Parameters
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed as animals move freely in their natural habitat.
6.2 Client Responsibility
Clients are expected to respect local cultures, wildlife regulations, and environmental conservation practices during the safari.

By confirming a booking with Africa Scenery Discovery, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
